  • How much does an overnight stay in the apartments cost?
    Prices for overnight stays vary greatly based on several factors.   • Can I bring my dog or other pet with me?
    We love animals, but out of consideration for other guests, we cannot allow dogs or other pets.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy is simple and fair. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before departure. After that, 100% of the booking amount is due. You can find the exact time in the booking confirmation.
  • How can I pay in case of a booking?
    We allow you several ways to pay for the booking. The easiest and fastest way is to leave your credit card details directly in the booking process. Alternatively, we offer payment by Paypal or bank transfer.
  • Can I park with you, what do I have to consider when arriving by car?
    Our apartments are located in the center of Goslar. If you arrive by train, you can reach us in 5 to 8 minutes on foot through the pedestrian zone. If you arrive by car, you are welcome to drive up to the front door for check-in and unloading your suitcase. Otherwise there are very few public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. You are welcome to use our private parking spaces for only EUR 8 per vehicle per night. These are 2 minutes from the apartments. Due to the high rate of use, we ask that you reserve in good time before your arrival.
  • Can you also have breakfast at your place?
    We do not offer breakfast. However, you are right in the city center and can easily take advantage of the local breakfast offer. We would be happy to give you recommendations. At lunchtime and in the evening we are happy to welcome you in our trattoria on the ground floor.
  • Do I have to bring my own bed linen?
    No, our apartments are prepared including bed linen and towels for the appropriate number of guests.
  • I have a baby, do you have cots?
    We will be happy to set up a baby cot on request. Bed linen is freshly made in. Please book separately for €12/stay. We are currently unable to provide a baby chair.
  • What is the tourist tax for and why do I have to pay it?
    The city of Goslar has been charging a guest contribution (also known as visitor's tax) since July 2019. Each adult pays EUR 2.30 per night. In return, numerous discounts are offered and some are used to refinance expenses for facilities and events. As the operator, we are obliged to collect the tourist tax from you. 100% of the income will be passed on to the city of Goslar.
  • What time can I check in on the day of arrival?
    Access to our apartments is provided by digital entry without handing over the key. You can arrive at any time after 3 p.m. and are not dependent on our presence. You will receive an access code and a detailed description a few days before arrival. Please read this mail carefully, as we cannot always ensure that we are present.
  • How do I get to the apartment?
    Our house is equipped with digital locks. You will receive an access code and a detailed description a few days before arrival. Please read this mail carefully, as we cannot always ensure that we are present.
  • Where do I get my tourist tax from?

  • What happens after booking?
    You will receive a detailed booking confirmation with all relevant information about the booking, the payment and cancellation conditions and the booked services. In this context, we check the correct calculation of the visitor's tax applicable in Goslar.   • What house rules and rules apply during the stay?
    We have put a lot of effort into furnishing and designing our apartments and of course we hope that you will have a wonderful time with us. The following house rules are intended to give you an overview of how we envisage proper handling on your part during your stay with us: They took over the apartment without any defects. If you notice a defect or a piece of furniture is missing, please let us know immediately! Please treat the rental property with care. We also ask that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. We also ask for your understanding that lost or damaged inventory will be charged at replacement cost. It is not permitted to use the items in your apartment outside of the room (e.g. towels, duvets, glasses, etc.). It is not permitted to smoke or light an open fire in the apartment or in the hallway. Please only put washed and dried dishes back in the cupboards and empty the dishwasher after use. We ask that you do not dispose of waste, leftover food, grease or other items that may clog the sewage system through the drain line. Animals are not allowed in the apartment. If we notice this, we will enforce our domiciliary rights and charge you for the additional costs incurred. We assume no responsibility/liability for your valuables. The apartment key or the access code is not to be passed on to outsiders. Out of consideration for the other guests in the house, please accept the usual quiet times between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and at lunchtime from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • I have important questions, who can I contact?

  • How can I use the free guest WiFi?
    We provide all guests with free high-speed WiFi. You can find access to our digital guest directory.
  • What should be considered when leaving the apartment?
    On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. A key handover does not take place. The key code is no longer valid after 10 am. Please note that you will no longer have access to the apartment after this. We will take care of the final cleaning, but there are a few things you should note: Please make sure to leave the apartment in such a way that the following activities are completed by you. The surfaces of the kitchen and the equipment used have been cleaned and placed properly. The used dishes are completely cleaned and placed in the kitchen cupboards. The dishwasher is empty. Larger quantities of empty bottles and containers as well as rubbish bins must be disposed of in the central rubbish container. Please take away or dispose of the food in the fridge and cupboards. Please note that if there are any deviations from the house rules, we will deduct an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50 from your deposited means of payment.
  • How long can I stay in the apartment on the day of departure?
    You can stay until 10:00 a.m. After that, the electronic key codes are automatically deactivated. We ask you to stick to this time, as our cleaning staff needs the time for cleaning.
  • Does someone look at the apartment, is there a decrease?
    You do not need an additional check for departure, we trust you and want you to be stress-free on the day of departure. Just close the door behind you and leave. We wish you a safe journey home or onward journey from here and would be happy to welcome you again!
