One of our next projects includes the gradual conversion of all electrical appliances to energy saving class A.

We are currently replacing unnecessary devices such as coffee machines with French press pots. Less waste, no e-waste and no electricity.

We obtain electricity and gas from 100% renewable energy sources and thus actively contribute to a better CO2 balance.

We continue to try to meet our responsibility for the environment with many small measures.

This includes, among other things, not having the apartments cleaned every day, changing the towels only for a surcharge, timers and sensors in the stairwell or installing water-saving toilet flushing systems and taps. 

We make no compromises here. Our shampoo and shower gel is delivered to us directly from the regional manufacturer CMD.

ICADA and NCS certified natural cosmetics made in Goslar. We provide you with soap and washing-up liquid from Sodasan and Sonett.

We have switched over 90% of our light sources to LED.

This significantly reduces the power requirement and saves unnecessary costs, which we prefer to invest in the apartments. 

We only use cleaning agents that are environmentally friendly and ensure fair payment of the cleaning staff without mess and without work contracts. Our service provider assures us of this contractually.
