Antipasti

Antipasti are the pure expression of Italian food culture. They are common in all regions of Italy and are freshly made by us.

Bruschette

Our homemade fresh white bread serves as the basis for the golden brown toasted bruschetta slices. A highlight in our trattoria and an ideal starter.

Insalate

We only use fresh Italian lettuce varieties such as Romana, radicchio, rocket and freshly cut Mediterranean tomatoes. Our salad dressing consists of our homemade balsamic vinegar and organic virgin Sicilian olive oil.

Insalate

Pasta

Pasta is the favorite food of Italians and now also of many other peoples. We attach great importance to cooking the “pasta” fresh and preparing it individually for each guest. The culinary enjoyment of our pasta dishes is very important to us. We don't want to forego any work steps that have an impact on the taste. Therefore, every pasta is freshly cooked for you, according to the cooking times. This may result in waiting times, which we apologize for.

Alternatively, we can prepare all pasta dishes gluten-free or whole grain for an additional charge of €3.

Pizza

We attach great importance to quality and variety when preparing our products. With us you will find variations that we have created ourselves or that originally come from Italy. The dough is made from wheat flour from the regional Erich Sack grain mill in Langelsheim and refined with our Sicilian olive oil.

Carne

We serve fresh, seasonal vegetables and rosemary potatoes with our meat dishes every day. Please feel free to ask our service staff about today's offer.
